The Yonge-Eglinton Centre area, along with a number of other areas, has been
identified as a location where the City would like to encourage major
investment and accommodate some of the anticipated growth.
The goal of the Yonge-Eglinton Centre review is to bring forward new
Secondary Plan policies and Urban Design guidelines to direct future
development in the Yonge-Eglinton Centre in a manner which is compatible
with the existing surrounding Neighbourhoods.
